for orders from the United Kingdom in the AIREX® online shop

1. About us

1.1 These terms apply to all orders with a delivery address in the United Kingdom placed via the AIREX® online shop (country selection “United Kingdom”).

1.2 The seller and your contracting party is Jordan Fitness Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12798165, registered office 56 Oldmedow Road, Hardwick Industrial Estate, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE30 4JJ, United Kingdom. 1.3 The online shop and website are operated and owned by Airex AG, Industrie Nord 26, 5643 Sins, Switzerland (manufacturer of AIREX® products). Airex AG is not a party to your contract.

2. Your order and our contract

2.1 Product listings are an invitation to order. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you place an offer to buy. Before submitting, you can review and correct your order.

2.2 We will email you to acknowledge receipt. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance by email or dispatch the goods. The contract language is English.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown on the page Shipping & payment and in the checkout. Payment is due when you place your order and is processed by [[OFFEN: Stripe Payments UK Ltd]] and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

4. Delivery

5. Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as set out in our cancellation policy.

6. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you may be entitled to a refund within 30 days, a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund thereafter. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. 7. Liability

9. Governing law
